Selling a home is the largest business transaction most of us will ever make. 
 
The selling process is very complex and time consuming.
 
  The Southern California Real Estate market is very hot right now; it is a “Sellers Market“, meaning that there are many more buyers out there than there are homes for sale. The problem however is that you do not want a steady stream of “looky loos“ wandering through your home at all hours and many are of questionable sincerity as far as the ability to actually make a purchase. Also, there is the problem of a person perhaps casing your home for a future break in.
 
  We are experts at screening possible buyers and eliminating those that cannot meet credit and affordability standards from viewing your home. Only those persons with a proven ability to follow through with a purchase are considered.

  One of my main responsibilities is to arrive at an accurate estimate of value for your home; in today's market that can change weekly, so I ensure a detailed evaluation and analysis of every part of your home. My work doesn’t stop there, as I will fully investigate the real estate market daily and compare your property with similar listings to make sure that you receive the highest amount you deserve for your home.

  I work with you and your schedule. Whether you desire to move immediatly or in several months I will make selling your home hassle free. I work directly with all of my clients; you are not handed off to an unlicensed assistant never to hear from me again as so many agents are now doing. My home marketing goes way beyond the simple "put the listing in the MLS" mentality.
 
  Every home is unique and deserves a custom made marketing plan. In todays real estate market there are multiple buyers for almost every property but how does a homeowner choose which buyer? Who is really qualified to make the purchase? Who is “just shopping around“ and will not negotiate for a fair price? I represent you with experience and integrity and know how to seperate the actual buyers from the opportunists who will attempt to waste your time with frivolous offers
 
  Many of my buyers are in the Entertainment Industry and are searching for homes with large lots and several bedrooms. They have excellent credit and are already pre-approved which is to your advantage when listing your home with me.
 
  I will custom design a step-by-step marketing program that will provide you with service that is professional and courteous. In the end, you will be sure that the price you set reflects the true value of your home under current market conditions . .
